Commercial Laundry Specialist for Airlines

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for issuing invoices to customers, updating customer files, processing credit memos, and tracking exceptions between sales orders, shipping tickets, and invoice registers.

• Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Update customer master files with issued invoices
• Process credit memos efficiently
• Track discrepancies between sales orders, shipping tickets, and invoice registers
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate inventory codes and consistent items
• Prepare sales reports on billed quantities and amounts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A stable professional background with 3+ years of experience in month-end close processes
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus
• Preferred industry experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, transportation, trucking, and shipping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
