As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving in-home sales through targeted area canvassing, utilizing top technology to streamline the process. Our sales process is designed to put you in a position to close deals quickly, with a sustainable work-life balance. With uncapped commission and paid training, first-year reps average between $80K-$200K per year, with top performers exceeding $300K.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive in-home sales through targeted area canvassing
  • Utilize company-provided leads and top technology to streamline the sales process
  • Analyze customer needs and develop a rapport to close the sale
  • Update the company's CRM system with all pertinent data throughout the sales process
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear, ongoing communication
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, with in-home sales experience highly desired
  • Previous sales experience in a related industry, such as home remodeling and construction sales, is highly desired
  • Ability to self-generate leads and travel to clients' homes
  • Computer proficiency, with CRM tool experience preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation
