Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. As a Clinical Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and complete documentation of patient medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient medical records to ensure accurate and complete documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify missing or unclear documentation
  • Assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes and DRG using encoder in CDE software
  • Participate in denial appeal process and work with coding professionals to ensure accuracy of diagnostic and procedural data

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and present information clearly and concisely
