About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Planner to join our team at Page Southerland Page. As a key member of our healthcare design team, you will play a critical role in implementing design concepts and delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in driving decisions regarding planning and design concepts, ensuring alignment with our firm's values and goals.
  • Coordinate the project team in producing presentation drawings reflecting our planning and design expertise.
  • Manage client expectations in relation to approved program and budget, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Mentor junior staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to foster growth and development.
  • Participate in professional organization activities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities, including responses to RFPs, project presentations, and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in healthcare design and planning.
  • Registered architect in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong graphic presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of life safety and building codes, as well as a grasp of fundamentals and knowledge of theoretical and practical developments in the field of healthcare architecture.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000 - $140,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits program, including health care, vision, dental, life, travel, and disability plans. We also offer paid time off, a matching 401(k) retirement plan, and eligibility to participate in our annual incentive compensation plan.
