Dynamic Content Writer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Content Writer Intern: Marketing Storyteller to join our award-winning creative team at Agital, a digital marketing agency. This paid role offers the chance to develop into a full-time position and come with potential for professional growth.

The ideal candidate is a writer with insatiable curiosity, a love for storytelling, a meticulous editorial eye, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

This position will play a key role in crafting compelling copy for fully integrated, multi-channel, brand-integrated campaigns, including video and audio scripts, digital ad copy, email copy, web copy, flyers, blog posts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting engaging copy that captures attention and drives messaging for globally recognized brands.
  • Drafting supporting copy for campaign collateral, such as campaign concept descriptions and summaries of design directions.
  • Applying feedback, refining, editing, and optimizing copy through tight deadlines, collaborating with other writers, designers, SEO specialists, content strategists, and account directors.
  • Writing sharp interview questions that elicit colorful and rich stories and insights.
  • Participating in creative brainstorming sessions as a thoughtful listener and active participant.
  • Often interfacing with clients during interviews and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Firm working knowledge of English grammar and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Portfolio of recent published writing, with or without a byline.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, polished professionalism, and comfort with presenting and interfacing with clients.
  • Able to follow specifications to deliver copy for different formats meeting strict requirements for length and character limits.
  • Able to follow direction from senior members of REQ's Creative team.
  • Willingness to accept feedback, adapt to changes in direction, and quickly pivot between clients and projects.
  • Able to work remotely, following basic tenets such as checking in, staying in close contact with coworkers, communicating availability, creating plans, and coordinating schedules.
