Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing single large/complex projects or multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including preconstruction activities, procurement, scheduling, and site logistics planning.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead the development of Project Execution Plans to guide project implementation and success.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing client expectations, maintaining consistent performance, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Generate business opportunities through networking, marketing, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Assume Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned projects/clients, ensuring profitability and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 or more years of experience in construction management and project leadership.
  • Project values of $20-50M required.
  • Good tenure with past companies required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
