Job Description:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate Customers on Insurance Options: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the Agent: Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Preference given to candidates with outside sales or inside sales representative experience, retail sales associate experience, or telemarketing experience.
  • Sales Track Record: Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas preferred.
  • Marketing Skills: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively relate to customers.
