Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced hospitalist to join their team in Olympia, Washington. This independent position offers the opportunity to work in a scenic region with an abundance of outdoor activities.

  • This per diem/PRN role involves majority night shifts with occasional swing shifts.
  • Housing is covered, but airfare is not reimbursed.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing ventilators and providing high-quality patient care.
  • The compensation for this position is between $155.00 and $165.00 per hour.

Compensation Details: The hourly rate includes productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives as applicable.

About the Role:

This hospitalist position is part of Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington, an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within five counties in the South Puget Sound region.

About the Location:

Olympia is situated on the southern tip of scenic Puget Sound, offering a range of activities from beachcombing to salmon fishing to sailing. The surrounding area has a population of approximately 250,000, providing access to culture, entertainment, and a well-regarded school system from elementary through university levels.
