Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our Adolescent Unit at SSM Health St Anthony. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of mental health issues, as well as providing psychotherapy, group, and family therapy sessions as needed. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using advanced clinical skills
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients
  • Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy sessions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff
  • Perform discharge planning
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
  • No experience required
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible payment options, upfront tuition coverage, and more.
