Business Development Manager for Commercial Facilities

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for most recent job experience in outside sales.
- Demonstrated track record of success, including 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard.
- Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including strong data entry and organization of sales data.

Compensation
This is a lucrative opportunity with a base salary, uncapped commission plan, car allowance, full benefits, and 401K matching. First-year Sales Executives can earn $75-$100K, with second-year peak performers averaging $130K+. The estimated salary for this role is around $120K, based on location and performance.
