Strategic Principal Gifts Stewardship Specialist

Annual Giving Network is seeking a skilled Assistant Director of Principal Gifts Stewardship to cultivate and steward relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families who have made or have the potential to make 7- to 8-figure gifts. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to develop personalized engagement plans and oversee targeted outreach efforts.
About the Role- Cultivate and steward relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Develop and implement comprehensive systems of scheduled stewardship strategies for principal gift donors
- Create customized schedules of meaningful and creative communications and touchpoints for individual prospects and donors
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of donor engagement strategies, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Experience in the higher education industry and/or as a personal or executive assistant is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on location and experience)
