Job Summary

SEBENZA is seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will be responsible for installing, integrating, and deploying Active Directory and Microsoft products in client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, integrate, and deploy Active Directory and Microsoft products in client environments.
  • Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.
  • Work with the Identity Access Management team to enhance the Identity Access Management program.
  • Collaborate with development teams to perform user management, group management, and password management requests.
  • Create and maintain Active Directory and Identity Access Management metrics.
  • Document system access for all users in a centralized repository.
  • Support efforts regarding audit findings, compliance, and organizational change.
  • Develop and modify CONOPS and Standard Operating Procedure documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 1-3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain.
  • 3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Alternatives.
  • Experience with on-prem and cloud modernization.
  • Virtualization and cloud implementation of new and legacy applications and services.
  • Experience installing and administering SailPoint.
  • Experience administering Windows servers in a hyperconverged environment.
  • Ability to work with users and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds.
  • Experience with cloud modernization.
  • Experience in OKTA IAM and Zscaler a plus.
