Nursing Professional Wanted for Progressive Care Unit Position

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Professional to join our team as a Progressive Care Unit Nurse in Tucson, Arizona.
About the Job:
The salary for this position is approximately $120-$160 per hour, with a total estimated annual income of $249,600 - $332,800. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay and direct deposit, full coverage of credentialing fees, private housing or a housing allowance, group health insurance for you and your family, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and unlimited referral bonuses.
Job DescriptionThis position involves caring for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment but aren't unstable enough to need ICU care. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring cardiac and other critical vital signs and detecting any changes, enabling intervention in life-threatening or emergency situations. You may also administer complex medications that require titration based on patient vital signs.
- Monitor and assess patients who aren't unstable enough to need ICU care.
- Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect any changes, thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- An active RN license.
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
- Other requirements will be determined by our client facility.
