Beacon Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Business Analyst to join their team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with SAP systems.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements and processes during the Discovery Initiative for Phases 2 and 3 of the Client Project. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and converting business objectives into clearly written requirements for an IT project.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, as well as intermediate MS Excel skills and advanced MS Word skills. Experience writing requirements for an SAP project is a plus, and the ability to document basic business process flows in Visio is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand business problems
  • Translate business objectives into requirements
  • Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Advanced MS Word skills
