Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a starting salary of $375,000 in the first year, with potential earnings increasing to $475,000 in the third year. Our employed model also provides opportunities for RVU production. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance, student loan repayment up to $100,000 over four years, CME allowances, and generous PTO.

Job Description

We are seeking board-eligible or board-certified Hematologists/Oncologists to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art Cancer Centers in Florida. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide superior, compassionate, and cutting-edge medical care to patients. Our centers utilize advanced technology to deliver faster, easier, and more precise treatments, and we offer access to clinical research trials and support services to help facilitate patients' healing – mind, body, and soul.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a licensed physician with excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and excellent communication skills. You will also have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials and contribute to the development of new treatments and technologies.
