Senior CNC Machinist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team at Quick Turn Machine Co Inc.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in 5 axis CNC machining, Turning VTLS, and Horizontal lathes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with FANUC controls and Mazatrol controls.
Responsibilities:- Operate and program 5 axis CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Utilize Turning VTLS and Horizontal lathes to manufacture complex components.
- Demonstrate expertise in FANUC controls and Mazatrol controls for optimal machine performance.
- Familiarity with inspection equipment, including micrometers, CMM's, and gauging systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Strong knowledge of FANUC controls and Mazatrol controls.
- Experience working with 5 axis CNC machines and Turning VTLS machinery.
- Familiarity with Horizontal lathes and inspection equipment.
