Daycare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Assistant to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our daycare staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of our young children.

• Support lead teachers in daily operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Assist with meal preparation, snack time, and nap schedules, ensuring the nutritional and physical needs of our children are met.
• Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities and progress.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a daycare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory; a background check will also be conducted as part of the hiring process.
