Medical Surgical/Tele Travel Nursing Job Opportunity

Tact Staff is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Nurse RN to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position in a reputable healthcare institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing strong critical thinking skills to make informed decisions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

About the Job

This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain enriching experiences on a professional and personal level. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, develop new skills, and build your professional network.

The job details include working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and participating in a rotation of 3 or 4x12 night shifts. The selected candidate must be willing to float to all units except M3, with occasional support in the ER. Every other weekend is required.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry, with expertise in telemetry, post-op cath care, cardiac drips, management of dysrhythmias, and interpretation of ECGs. BCLS, ACLS, NIH, and Cerner certification are also required. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The pay package for this position is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. The estimated tax-free stipend amount will be determined upon confirmation. Please note that locals within 50 miles of the facility are not permitted to apply.
