The College Success Advisor serves as a vital resource for current students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic and career goals. This role involves working closely with students to understand their strengths, challenges, and aspirations, and developing personalized plans to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide holistic advising to students, addressing academic, financial, and personal well-being needs
* Assist students with course selection, registration, and financial aid processes
* Help students explore career and transfer options, and provide referrals to relevant campus resources
* Meet with students for advising appointments, either in-person or remotely
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to campus-wide events and initiatives to support student success

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
