Job Summary:A Registered Nurse at Cordova Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is responsible for working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the nursing care for all residents, delegating tasks to nurses as needed.
- Supervise nurse aides to ensure effective completion of assignments.
- Observe residents' conditions, respond promptly, and inform physicians of any changes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, adhering to verbal, written, and electronic communication protocols.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
