Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to practice your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, with a weekend program available. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an excellent orientation program, paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, prescription coverage, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
We require a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in critical care nursing. We will train the right candidate, so experience is preferred but not necessary.
