About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Ambulatory Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist. This role will involve working closely with patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis treatment
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • At least 9 months of experience in nephrology nursing or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
