Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our exceptional team. As a key member of our back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas.
• Restock supplies and cleaning materials as needed.
• Assist with polishing and storing of service ware.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects and maintain the overall tidiness of the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours consistently). Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a hot environment with exposure to sharp objects, open flames, and varying temperatures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in a food establishment or related industry.
• Bilingualism in Spanish and English (an asset).
