We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team at All-Pro Fire & Water Cleaning Services, LLC.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans, specifications, and site conditions.
  • Estimating Software: Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create and manage estimates effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
  • Cost Control: Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for accurate estimating.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and changes for future reference.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Estimating Software: Proficiency in using estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with contractors and suppliers.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in cost analysis and reporting.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
