Responsibilities
  1. Perform maintenance duties, including work orders and preventative maintenance activities, with minimal supervision consistent with company policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure apartments are ready for occupancy by performing various electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other miscellaneous maintenance and repairs as needed or directed.
  3. Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up/trash and debris, vacuuming, mopping, pressure washing breezeways and commons areas, general cleaning as needed, and other areas as directed.
  4. Repair minor problems of buildings and foundations, including ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and all mechanical contents of the building.
  5. Assist with unit turns, move-outs, apartment inspections, and work orders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (EPA, HVAC, CPO).
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
