Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee lab and life science projects throughout Greater Boston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee field operations, managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent managing life science, healthcare, or higher education projects.
  • Strong ability to independently run projects in the field.
  • Familiarity with managing complex projects up to $30M in value.
  • Experience with Procore, P6, and Timberline software.
  • Background working on high-quality healthcare or life science facilities is highly preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging up to $140,000 per year.
