Skillful Data Engineer Wanted

We are searching for an experienced Databricks Engineer to join our team at Sogeti. As a skilled professional in data engineering, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines for our big data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Databricks-based data pipelines.
  • Work with SQL and PySpark to process and analyze large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and performance tuning in Databricks environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Databricks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PySpark.
  • Strong understanding of data processing, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies.
  • Experience in optimizing data workflows and ensuring data quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
