Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuro Oncologist Physician to join our team at OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute in Peoria, Illinois.

  • As a member of our team, you will work alongside specialized physicians in neurosurgical oncology, radiation oncology, neuropathology/radiology, and residencies in both neurology and neurosurgery.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in multi-disciplinary tumor boards, teaching opportunities, and faculty cross-appointment with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
  • Our state-of-the-art facilities include an iMRI and a Gamma Knife, and we are located on the medical campus with a brand new OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute to be complete in 2024.
  • We offer 30-40% protected research time and the opportunity to build Neuro Research capabilities.
  • You will utilize EPIC Electronic Health Records and have access to breakthrough treatment centers and novel cancer research opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
