Job Overview

Shared Medical Services is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team as a PET/CT Technologist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, providing imaging services to patients in various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals
  • Conduct equipment quality checks and adhere to quality assurance guidelines
  • Maintain patient care, comfort, and safety while ensuring patient confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program and/or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Registered/registry eligible in nuclear medicine: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N)
  • Ability to receive permit to practice as necessary
  • Ability to produce quality special imaging with little supervision
