Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Golden Nugget Hotels & Casinos. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify reservation information and register guests upon arrival
  • Orientate guests to the hotel, provide general information, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of guest charges and ensure timely processing of cashier transactions
  • Process new card accounts, produce cards, and distribute brochures to registered hotel guests
  • Explain the player rating system and card benefits to hotel guests
  • Ensure responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
Requirements
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous work experience as a front desk agent, reservations, or hotel cashiering experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to stand for extended periods
