Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual QMHP to join our team at Emergence. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled therapist to grow professionally and contribute to the well-being of our diverse client base.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $60,000 per year, with full-time exempt status. In addition to competitive compensation, our employees enjoy numerous benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual QMHP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients, with a focus on trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions. Your expertise in Spanish language and culture will be invaluable in serving our Spanish-speaking population.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in clinically-focused psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Experience working with trauma survivors and individuals with co-occurring disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to anti-racism and addressing systemic oppression in clinical practice
