We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS & Android). Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our team to develop and document support procedures.

This is a full-time position based at our Corporate Office, Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day (40 hour week), with a competitive salary of $22-25+ an hour DOE. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental insurance within 30 days of hire, 401(k) after 1 year, paid time off, child care assistance, and college savings plan.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Windows, IoS, and Android operating systems, as well as experience using help desk ticketing systems like Zendesk or Service now. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly
  • Provide first-line support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and document support procedures
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licensed users
  • Elevate complex technical issues to appropriate IT personnel for further resolutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a helpdesk support role or similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS & Android)

  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
