Critical Care Specialist

As a Critical Care Specialist with TotalMed Staffing, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement care plans
Perform advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health
Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery
Requirements:
Current RN license
BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent ICU RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills
