About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Success team at Witbe. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our customers, while also driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Own and manage the customer lifecycle from on-boarding to go live and continued technical account management.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Anticipate customers' needs, detect potential future projects, and inform the sales manager in charge of the account.
  • Project Alignment: Guarantee that the delivered project is aligned with customer needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Keep up to speed with the latest evolutions and best practices of new Witbe products and versions.
  • Customer Engagement: Make sure that Witbe products are used in the best conditions and that the customer gets the best value out of them.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report all necessary information to better engage customer relationships and promote Witbe.
Requirements
  • Education: The equivalent of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in Technical Project Management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations.
