We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health in the Greater Milwaukee South Region. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $95,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations, as well as experience in developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and functional goals.
  • They will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing status updates to physicians.
  • A key aspect of this role will be planning and completing patient discharge, including providing written home programs, patient/family teaching, referral for community services, and ordering equipment.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Physical Therapist license issued by the state in which they practice (Wisconsin or Illinois).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with no experience necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intermediate computer skills, and demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
