Medical Director Opportunity

One Medical is a dynamic healthcare organization that is redefining the primary care experience. We are seeking a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care and transforming the industry.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, leveraging your expertise to drive positive change. You will manage a patient panel with varying needs, conduct visits, and participate in ongoing education and training.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligibility with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensure in Washington, D.C., obtained prior to start date
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds
Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes a base salary range of $244,000 to $260,000 per year, dependent on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid sabbatical program and more.
