Compensation and Benefits:

Delta Physician Placement is proud to offer a highly competitive compensation package for our Otolaryngology (ENT) physician opportunity. The salary for this position is $500K + production incentive offered year two, with a sign-on bonus of $25KK-$50K. Additionally, we offer $200K in student educational assistance directly from the hospital, guaranteed.

Relocation Assistance:
We provide paid relocation assistance to ensure a smooth transition to our beautiful location.

Time Off and Benefits:
Enjoy 4-6 weeks of paid time off (PTO), CME + $4,000, and malpractice paid, claims made, insurance coverage. Our benefits package also includes a great retirement plan and a comprehensive benefit book.

Responsibilities and Facility Details:
As an Otolaryngology (ENT) physician, you will have the opportunity to work in a bread-and-butter setting with the option to pursue niche clinical interests. The practice is open 4 days a week (36-hour week), with call handled by the ER after hours at the physician's discretion. You will have access to a dedicated nurse/MA for support, as well as clerical staff and other specialists.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking a BC Otolaryngology or truly Board Eligible physician to join our team.
