Job Description
We are seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our dynamic therapy team as a Rehabilitation Therapist. In this role, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on improving functional mobility and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement physical therapy programs and activities in accordance with current rules and regulations.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in discharge planning and quarterly reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current license as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin.
- New graduates with testing pending may also be considered.
