Job Description

The Sports Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of our sports bars, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, manage labor costs, and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.

This role offers a unique blend of management skills, with opportunities to lead marketing initiatives and execute rewards programs that enhance the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of sports bar operations, including event planning and execution
  • Leadership of Team Members, focusing on training and development
  • Development and implementation of sales growth strategies
  • Management of labor costs and inventory control
  • Maintenance of high-quality food and beverage standards
Requirements:
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety protocols
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with certifications in food handling and alcohol service (if required by law)
  • 2+ years of restaurant experience, with 1+ year of management experience preferred
  • Possess a passion for training and developing Team Members
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401K, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous bonus program.
