About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled tradesperson to join our team at Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. as a Multi-Skilled Repairman.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Provide training to colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Lubricate and clean parts, install and operate various types of equipment and machine tools.
  • Perform dismantling, fitting, and assembly work as required for maintenance tasks.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in high-speed manufacturing or a related field is essential.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
