Job Summary:

The Director of Nursing is a key leadership position at Renviva Management Services, LLC, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dialysis facilities. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dialysis facility, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources, optimizing patient outcomes and labor expense control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current active RN state licensure.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in general nursing care, plus 6 months of dialysis experience.
  • Prior supervisory and/or management experience required.
  • Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred.
