About This RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Associate at Hand and Stone - Georgetown. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to clients
  • Develop detailed knowledge of our menu of services, which we will train you on
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building long-term relationships
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Maintain high standards of spa cleanliness
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
