Autism Learning Partners: Lead Clinical Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Excellence Leader. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and treatment.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support. You will drive positive change by conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing innovative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping each client reach their full potential.

This is a hybrid role, with 50% of your time spent supervising in-person and 50% working remotely via telehealth. You will also have the opportunity to work from home with flexible hours, including some evenings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA and experience working with children with autism. You should be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to ongoing professional development.
