We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Management Specialist to join our team at Interstate Pest Management. As a Pest Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert pest management services to our customers.

Job Summary:

The Pest Management Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. This includes conducting thorough site assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing effective control measures to prevent pest infestations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatments and customer interactions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in pest management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,120 - $53,920 per year, based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year. However, actual compensation may vary based on individual performance and other factors.
