Job Summary

Express is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, executing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
  • Customer Service: Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and determine a resolution or escalate further, communicating all issues and resolutions to Store Management.
  • Credit and Loyalty Programs: Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers
  • Availability: Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Physical Requirements: Meets physical requirements
