Job OverviewAs a Registered Nurse with Genesis HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and residents every day.
You'll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, social workers, dietitians, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient care by conducting thorough nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic and measurable patient goals with interventions put in place as needed to minimize rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Requirements- A graduate of an approved school of nursing is required, and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing is necessary.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a RN in a related setting is preferred but not required.
We offer competitive pay rates, with an estimated salary of $46.90 per hour based on industry standards and market conditions. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
