About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Front End Engineer to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a Front End Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our digital presence, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality front-end components and features using Angular and Microservices in NodeJS/NestJS/GraphQL.
  • Collaborate with our product team to ensure we are building the right features based on scope and customer value.
  • Contribute to the development of user-friendly web applications that solve real-life problems.
  • Work with our team to improve developer efficiency and share knowledge about new techniques and technologies.
  • Triage, complete root cause analysis, and be decisive under pressure.
  • Ability to creatively tackle new, exciting problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner and build and maintain effective relationships.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience with Angular 14, RxJS, Redux/NgRx and TypeScript.
  • Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Jest and Storybook.
  • Familiarity with developing features for our web experiences using Angular and Microservices in NodeJS/NestJS/GraphQL.
  • Critical problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate and opinionated about writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code with a test-first development approach.
