About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE initiatives and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to HSE performance and compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Occupational Safety or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a production or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
