Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a great educational setting in the York, PA area. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with students in a scenic part of Pennsylvania, with access to both lakes and forests.

The caseload will consist of students from kindergarten to high school, and we are looking for applicants who have experience with AAC devices. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assess student communication skills, identify communication disorders, and determine program eligibility
  • Coordinate meetings to present evaluation results, develop treatment plans, and/or provide training to parents/students/staff
  • Instruct support staff in the use of assistive devices or feeding techniques, or oversee the implementation of treatment plans
  • Orient students who use communication technologies to support classroom learning
  • Prepare written materials to document treatment progress and/or convey information
  • Respond to inquiries from parents, teachers, staff, students, etc.
  • Submit Medicaid billings for the purpose of conforming to established District policies and requirements
