The role of a Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator at All Ways Caring HomeCare involves supporting the local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires the ability to build positive relationships with applicants and new hires throughout the application, hiring, and onboarding process. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office software and applicant tracking systems.

About the Role:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and processing pre-employment background checks, and onboarding.
  • Represent the local branch in job fairs, on-site hiring events, and build solid partnerships within the local community.
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and comply with state and federal laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.
  • Enhance the candidates experience throughout the process in a timely manner and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
